이용약관
제1조 목적
이 약관은 이메지(imeji, 이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 「테라팩」(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건과 운영자·이용자의 권리와 의무를 정합니다.
제2조 앱의 성격
앱은 동물 카드를 모으고 겨루는 게임입니다. 카드 속 동물은 실제 동물을 바탕으로 한 그림이며, 능력과 수치는 게임 안에서만 의미가 있습니다.
제3조 카드와 재화
카드·팩·조각·아이템은 앱 안에서만 쓰이며 현금이나 다른 가치로 바꿀 수 없습니다. 같은 카드를 합쳐 레벨을 올리거나 조각으로 분해해 아이템과 바꾸는 것도 앱 안의 재화로만 이루어집니다. 카드는 대결 결과로 상대에게 넘어가지 않습니다.
제4조 확률 공개
카드 팩의 등급별 등장 확률은 앱 안에서 공개합니다.
제5조 광고
앱에는 광고가 포함될 수 있습니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 선택해서 볼 때만 재생하며, 광고는 제3자 서비스(Google AdMob)가 제공합니다.
제6조 금지 행위
자동화 프로그램, 서버 조작, 다른 이용자의 정보 접근 등 비정상 이용과 운영을 방해하는 행위를 금지합니다. 부적절한 닉네임이나 비정상 기록은 운영자가 랭킹에서 숨길 수 있습니다.
제7조 데이터 삭제
이용자는 설정에서 언제든 자신의 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
제8조 변경과 종료
운영자는 앱의 내용을 바꾸거나 서비스를 종료할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서 알립니다.

Terms of Service
Article 1 Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using "Terra Pack" (the "App") provided by imeji (the "Operator") and the rights and duties of the Operator and users.
Article 2 Nature of the App
The App is a game about collecting and battling with animal cards. The animals are illustrations based on real animals, and abilities and numbers have meaning only inside the game.
Article 3 Cards and items
Cards, packs, fragments and items are used only inside the App and cannot be exchanged for cash or other value. Merging duplicate cards to level them up, or dissolving them into fragments to trade for items, also uses in-app currency only. Cards do not pass to an opponent as a result of a battle.
Article 4 Drop rates
The drop rates for each rarity in card packs are disclosed inside the App.
Article 5 Advertising
The App may include ads. Rewarded ads play only when you choose to watch them, and ads are provided by a third-party service (Google AdMob).
Article 6 Prohibited acts
Abnormal use such as automation tools, server tampering, or accessing other users' information, and acts that interfere with operation are prohibited. The Operator may hide inappropriate nicknames or abnormal records from the ranking.
Article 7 Data deletion
You can delete your data at any time from Settings.
Article 8 Changes and termination
The Operator may change the App or end the service, and will announce important changes inside the App.

第2条 本アプリの性質

第3条 カードとアイテム
カード・パック・かけら・アイテムはアプリ内でのみ使われ、現金やほかの価値と交換できません。同じカードを合成してレベルを上げたり、かけらに分解してアイテムと交換したりすることも、アプリ内の通貨だけで行われます。カードは対戦の結果として相手に渡ることはありません。
第4条 排出確率
カードパックのレア度別の排出確率はアプリ内で公開します。
第5条 広告
本アプリには広告が含まれる場合があります。報酬型広告は利用者が選んだときにのみ再生され、広告は第三者サービス(Google AdMob)が提供します。
第6条 禁止行為
自動化ツール、サーバーの改ざん、他の利用者の情報へのアクセスなどの不正な利用や、運営を妨げる行為を禁止します。不適切なニックネームや不正な記録は、運営者がランキングから非表示にすることがあります。
第7条 データの削除
利用者は設定からいつでも自分のデータを削除できます。
第8条 変更と終了
運営者は本アプリの内容を変更したりサービスを終了したりすることがあり、重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせします。
